* Yes, there are even rules for this. They are very simple though and should be easy to follow.
* The alpha positions for certain packs are available from time to time, but you will not be able to claim a pack as soon as you sign up. If you are really that interested in becoming an alpha, then this should be no problem at all. You will need to post at least 50 times before you may claim land.
* Once the alpha positions are taken, your wolf will need to fight the current alpha for the position.
* Beta positions cannot be fought over. The only way to become a beta is if you are chosen by an alpha. A beta is one rank below an alpha. The alpha may choose which powers the beta has in their pack. If the alpha dies or leaves the pack, the beta takes over. Wolves can refuse to accept the beta position or they can be kicked out of the position by the alpha.
