OOC]Okay, in this post, I am using my only wolf charrie I have muse for - Psyco. In italics, it will be first person point of view, using 'I' instead of 'she'. When it switches back to regular and is not in italics any longer, it will switch to 'she' instead of 'I'. Just a foreward. ^^
I am running wildly through the woods, blackness chasing me. My tongue lols out of my mouth on the left side, for I am tired, but I must keep running. I cannot let the blackness, the unending darkness, catch up with me. It will be my death if I do.
Suddenly the scene changes, as most of my dreams usually do. But this one is different.
The blackness is gone. I am surrounded by wolves that I do not know, all of them lingering above me, worry in their soft amber eyes. I know that I am surrounded by Lights, so I fight to stand upon my pillars. Once I manage to I collapse into the soft, prickly summer grass, and when I look up, the Light's have vanished. Vanished, as if they were never there. I look around, the summer sun glaring coldly down upon me, heating my thick coat. Though I am panting, sweat beading and dripping into my eyes after finding it's way through the fur on my face, I am cold. Inside I am shivering, but outside, I am sweating.
Yet again, the scene changes.
It is colder out now, and I know it is sometime during October, perhaps November. A wind chills me to my bones, and snowflakes begin to dot the ground, ever so slowly, arond me. I feel as if I am about to go insane, but I am already insane, so it is impossible. I see a dark shadow move in the faint darkness of the woods around me. A wolf, blacker than coal, eyes darker than the the Blackness that chases me, steps out into my view. A snarl is upon his lips. But, in the blackness of his eyes, I see a laughing glint, that tells me that he is surprised to see me. I know who he is at that moment.
Kalibur... I say, shocked and surprised. A laugh escapes his lips as he sees how surprised I am. I back away slowly, then turn, and run. Run as fast as I can, away fron Kalibur.
Psyco jerked awake, her cocoa coloured brow twitching with aggrivation. She had come close to discovering what had happened to her long lost brother, Kalibur. He had always scared her to death, and she hated him; no matter where she was, no matter how many years had passed, she wouldn't forgive Kalibur. Some always said 'Forgive and forget, or relive and regret', but she was unable to forgive him.
Kalibur, the meanest, cruelest wolf to ever cross Psyco's path. The huge wolf had killed her faverite brother Reko, and her first love Merlik. She wasn't strong enough to kill him, even though she was half dire wolf. He was the stronger, the better. She would never be able to even lay a scratch on him.
Psyco stood and stretched. Having thought of Merlik, who had been killed by her devil brother Kalibur not long ago, she held her head low with sorrow. She walked toward the river and dipped her maw to it, opening her jowls and letting herself lap up some of the icy cold water. She stared at her reflection. So ugly.. she thought. I don't know how Merlik could have ever loved me...
Psyco lowered her embodiment to the ground beside the lake. She rested her head upon her paws. What she needed was friends, but there was a very serious doubt in her mind that she would find any.
